Jewelry Repairs
We repair jewelry purchased from our store. This is a service which
separates us from all
competitors----internet or regular stores. Each piece comes with a
warranty of one year against defects (two years for 14k settings). Even
beyond the warranty period, we will assist our customers with repairs
for a nominal charge.
For repairs, there are two options:
1) Ship or mail the item along with a photocopy of your receipt and a $5.00 postage fee ($10.00 for Moissanite) to:

Please include a specific and detailed description of the problem.
2) Drop the piece off at any of our three store locations:
Crabtree Valley Mall - Raleigh, NC
Streets At Southpoint - Durham, NC
Four Seasons Town Centre - Greensboro, NC
If it is covered by warranty there will be no additional charge. We will contact you in the event that a charge is necessary.
Allow two weeks for most repairs.
