Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return instructions included in your merchandise package(s). Ship the item(s) within ten (10) days of the date on your invoice, in the original package using a carrier that provides tracking services. Upon receiving verification of the return, Impressa Classic Jewelry will promptly issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise to you. If your shipment does not include instructions, please call 1-919-782-5777 and we'll provide the information you need.

Merchandise Return Instructions:
Immediately call 1-919-782-5777 and request an RMA Number. This number and the date of your call will help ensure your refund. The merchandise must be received prior to any refund being processed. The merchandise, RMA Number and written reason for the return must be received here at Impressa Classic Jewelry with in ten (10) days of the invoice date. Send your return via a carrier that uses a tracking number and insurance to Impressa Classic Jewelry, 4325 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC 27612. Your return shipping must be insured and include all original packaging received from Impressa Classic Jewelry. You are responsible for shipping fees and return shipping fees. Return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
